Terms of Service

Moonstration is a private journal for women: your plants, the moon and, if you choose, your cycle, on one calendar, with optional sharing in Moon Groups and the Comoonity. It’s offered as a monthly or yearly membership. Moonstration Station is our online store, open to everyone and shipping within the United States. Moonstration is operated by Moonstration LLC.

Moonstration offers three plans, paid monthly or once a year: Personal ($3.69/mo or $44/yr, up to 3 devices), Comoonity ($4.44/mo, its $9.99 price with a permanent discount, or $55/yr; everything in Personal plus Live Chat, the Comoonity calendar, private messages and the Comoonity feed), and Group ($6.66/mo or $77/yr; everything in Comoonity plus a private Moon Group of up to 10 members with group chat). Private Moon Groups come only with the Group plan.

Members who joined from October 11 through November 26, 2026 keep the Personal plan free.

Monthly plans renew automatically each month until canceled. A yearly plan is a single payment for the year and doesn’t renew unless you turn on auto-renew, which requires a card on file; we email a reminder 30, 7 and 1 day before each year ends or renews. Card payments are processed securely by our payment processor; we may also accept Cash App payments to $Moonstration.

You can cancel anytime in Settings → Billing. Canceling ends your access right away and stops any future charges.

• Within 7 days of a payment: if you cancel within 7 days of being charged, you get a full refund of that payment.
• After 7 days: if you cancel after 7 days, including within the first 30 days, that payment isn’t refunded.
• Unused membership: if you haven’t used your membership for 45 days in a row and were billed twice during that time, you may be refunded in full for those charges. Email hope@moonstration.org to ask.

Refunds go back to the way you paid.

All sales are final, except items that arrive damaged or aren’t what you ordered. If that happens, email hope@moonstration.org with your order and a photo, and we’ll replace the item or refund it. You can cancel an order within 12 hours of placing it, unless it has already been processed, from its “Manage your order” page. We ship only within the United States.

You own what you create. You choose who sees each note, photo and observation: only you, your Moon Group, the Comoonity, or members you follow each other with. Sharing lets that audience view it inside Moonstration; it doesn’t give anyone permission to copy, save or share it anywhere else.

You can download everything in your account anytime in Settings → Export your data. If you delete your account, everything in it is deleted, including what you shared. We keep a secure backup of your basic account details as described in our Privacy Policy.

Moonstration is for women: women who menstruate, are perimenopausal or postmenopausal, or have had a hysterectomy. Every member affirms this three times when she joins. Joining by a false statement breaks the Purchase Agreement, which sets $25,000 in agreed damages plus costs, and makes the joiner responsible for the legal costs of any member treated disrespectfully. Treat every member with respect. You agree not to:

• share anything from inside Moonstration outside it, including other members’ photos, messages, posts or names, unless it’s yours or she has given permission;
• harass, threaten or degrade anyone, or post hateful or defamatory content;
• post anything illegal, or use Moonstration to deceive or harm anyone.

Racism and hate speech aren’t tolerated: a first violation removes the message and brings a warning, and a second closes the account for good. Members can report messages for review, and group owners can remove messages and members in their group chat. See the Community Guidelines.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms or the Community Guidelines, or that was opened dishonestly. We’ll tell you by email at the address on your account. You can close your own account anytime in Settings.

Moonstration is provided as is. Nothing on Moonstration, including moon phases, sky notes, plant information or cycle tracking, is medical, legal or professional advice. To the extent the law allows, Moonstration LLC’s total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi.
